Roller shades consist of a single sheet of fabric that rolls up or down, offering a completely open view or complete coverage. Zebra blinds use a dual-layer loop of fabric with alternating sheer and solid horizontal stripes. Shifting these stripes allows you to transition from sheer visibility to full privacy without rolling the blind all the way up.
